Refund Policy

After your purchase, you have 60 days from the moment your order is delivered to explore the benefits of GlycoLean. We truly hope that you will soon become one of the many customers who contact us to share their positive experience.

However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within the 60-day money-back guarantee period.

BEFORE you request a refund, we recommend giving the product sufficient time to work for you.

If you have decided to request your refund, please follow the steps below:

Step 1:

Make sure you are still within the 60-day period starting from the delivery date of your order. You can verify this using your shipment tracking information.

Step 2:

Send an email to our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" for faster processing.

Step 3:

Return ALL bottles (opened or unopened) along with the Packing Slip to the address below. All bottles must be included in order to qualify for a full refund.

Your return must include:

  • Order Number
  • Full Customer Name
  • Customer Email Address

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4:

As long as you send back ALL the bottles and the Packing Slip, your refund will be processed within a few days after we receive your package.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take between 5 and 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
